Cancellation Policy


We accept cancellations only within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled or processed on our end.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or a refund.

Return Policy


Books are eligible for return only under the following conditions:
1. The return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
2. The item must be in its original condition—free from any signs of use, damage, or marks (e.g., writing, highlighting, or bent pages).
3. A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.


How to Initiate a Return:

Important Notes


1. Returns made without prior approval or outside the 24-hour return window will not be accepted.
 2. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the returned item meets the eligibility criteria. Any item showing signs of use or damage after delivery will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
3. Unboxing Video Requirement:
• We recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package.
• If you receive a missing or incomplete item, this video is required to initiate a replacement request.
• Without an unboxing video, we will not be liable for missing or incomplete items.
4. Refused Deliveries:
• Refused items will be marked as discarded by the courier, and we will no longer be responsible for the package. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for refused deliveries.
• If you believe the item is defective, we strongly recommend accepting the delivery and providing proof of the defect (e.g., photos or videos) to initiate a resolution.
